Regency Inn & Suites By Capital O Houston Iah Airport - Humble

We had a roomy King Room with all the essentials, including a full-size kitchen, made meals easy. The staff were super friendly, especially with our dog staying with us. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch.

My children wanted more activities to keep them entertained.

The staff was cooperative all day long. The location was marvellous for me. I found The Pub offering shots and different drinks 4 mi of the venue🙂👍

The shower pressure was so terrible I could barely wash shampoo out of my hair. Such an inconvenience. The towels was like sandpaper, really lovely touch, not. After all that, I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but no, just another regular room. I can't believe I almost gave a good review-just couldn't, though.

Great accommodation with particularly good setting near Intercontinental airport, all other attractions and restaurants. The rooms with the bathroom, large beds and a sizeable couch. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

This place is great, and has everything I need like free parking, air conditioning, tv, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with my heavy baggage during my first stay, and I appreciated their kindness.

Our Wheelchair Accessible room was well-prepared upon arrival, featuring spacious beds and a comfortable couch. the hotel's location is fantastic, with many stores nearby and it's just a short distance from the airport and interstate highways 59/69, making it very convenient. The cleaning could greatly improve. During my month-long stay, I noticed the carpets weren't vacuumed thoroughly, disappointing. I even left a piece of tissue on the floor to check, and it remained for nearly three weeks. The offered continental breakfast was quite limited, with only a few apples and bananas. It was convenient to have a fridge in our room, but the internet service was unreliable, disconnecting frequently, difficult to stay connected. The decor felt dated, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear that needed attention. Despite these issues, the manager offered a reasonable long-term rate for our stay, which did help in offsetting some of my complaints.
